Cosy balcony in the room. Good wifi in the room and balcony. Friendly staff. Changed my room for a better view from balcony. Helped me with taxi service. Super clean. Very friendly and personable welcome. Accommodating about keeping bicycles safe. Next to the bus station. Convenient walking distance from night food market. Quiet. Comfortable. Good value for money. Big rooms. Ample parking. Quick and easy check-in

Located in the heart of the city, close to the bus and railway stations for easy transportation. the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. the hotel breakfast is delicious and satisfying.
The hotel's cleanliness can be improved, with some areas not being well-maintained.

Close to the bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful with arranging transportation. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had good Wi-Fi. Great value for money.

the staff were friendly and accommodating and helped me with arranging transportation. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the bus station and the night food market. I especially enjoyed the secure bike storage that was made available to me.
I was disappointed to find that there was no breakfast provided despite being advertised as inclusive. the lack of a restaurant on site was a downside, but there were plenty of restaurants close by.

Great value for the price and comfortable rooms
Stayed here recently and was impressed with the excellent value-for-money that this hotel offers. The rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. the location is convenient with easy access to local shops and attractions. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay here a pleasant experience.
The lack of dining options. There are no in-house dining facilities and it's a bit of a walk to find any local restaurants.
